I think it’s safe to say that some of the sweetest people in the world are found in our little blog community; you guys are amazing. Seriously. Not only did your kind words and well wishes add some much needed sunshine to my otherwise cloudy day, but they further reinforced a thought that’s been brewing in my mind as of late…

Striving to be real is far better than striving to be perfect.

So challenge yourself to break a routine and try something new. It doesn’t matter what it is; you’d be surprised at how big of an effect even the smallest change can make. Just look at what introducing a simple variation to oatmeal did for me.
